Le renouvellement du CSE de VOLOTEA FRANCE est prévu cet été suite à l’expiration des mandats.
La nouvelle section SPL a été créée à cet effet avec l’arrivée d’adhérents expérimentés et motivés pour offrir une réelle alternative au dialogue social.
Nous voulons saluer l’investissement des deux sections qui ont oeuvré durant ces 4 dernières années sous la houlette de Markus LENZ et de Christophe LESSERRE, sous deux bannières différentes mais avec un soucis permanent de collaboration et de complémentarité. Cet état d’esprit remarquable est malheureusement remis en cause avec le départ forcé de Christophe.
Nous allons poursuivre le travail entrepris par le SNPNAC en proposant une structure mieux armée juridiquement mais également grâce au renfort de pilotes déçus par le syndicat piloté par la compagnie majeure française.
L’ADN du SPL est de favoriser le dialogue, de négocier avec les dirigeants sans influence de qui que ce soit ! C’est le cas dans toutes les compagnies ou le SPL est présent.
Personne ne viendra mettre la pression aux élus du SPL VOLOTEA ni imposer des choix de négociations aux futurs Délégués syndicaux.
Les orientations de VOLOTEA ne regardent que les salariés de VOLOTEA.
Les conditions de travail des Pilotes de VOLOTEA ne doivent pas être dictées par une structure extérieure à la Compagnie. Au SPL, il n’y a pas d’ingérence. On ne retire pas un mandat à un représentant qui fait le job !

The renewal of the VOLOTEA FRANCE CSE is planned this summer following the expiration of the mandates.
The new SPL section was created for this purpose with the arrival of experienced and motivated members in order to offer a real alternative to social dialogue.
We would like to salute the investment of the two sections which have worked over the last 4 years under the leadership of Markus LENZ and Christophe LESSERRE, under two different banners but with a permanent concern for collaboration and complementarity. This remarkable state of mind is unfortunately questioned with Christophe’s forced departure.
We will continue the work undertaken by the SNPNAC not only by proposing a legally better armed structure, but also thanks to the reinforcement of disappointed pilots.
The DNA of the SPL is to promote dialogue, to negotiate with leaders without being influenced by anyone as it’s the case in all companies where the SPL is present.
No one will influence the SPL VOLOTEA elected representatives, nor impose negotiation choices on future union delegates.
VOLOTEA’s guidelines only concern VOLOTEA employees.
The VOLOTEA Pilots working conditions must not be dictated by a structure external to the Company. At the SPL, there is no interference. We don’t dismiss a mandate from a representative who did the job!
