The renewal of the CSE (Comité Social et Économique) at VOLOTEA FRANCE is underway. Next week, all pilots will vote to choose their CSE representatives, allowing the SPL (Syndicat des Pilotes de Ligne) to appoint its union delegate and representatives for the next four years.

The SPL section is presenting motivated, experienced, and reasonable candidates. The team is multicultural, reflecting the diversity of the company. It’s emphasized that representatives should not be influenced by external structures with interests that differ from Volotea’s. The dominance of the union led by Air France is seen as unsuitable for companies competing with the national carrier, hence the need for an alternative choice.

The SPL prides itself on non-interference, ensuring that their representatives have full control over their section once elected.
